The official headquarters hotel for ISSCR Annual Conference is the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, San Francisco, CA, USA.
Rates: ISSCR has negotiated discounted rates with the San Francisco Marriott Marquis of $229 USD single and double, $249 USD triple and $269 USD quad occupancy. All rates are subject to federal, state and local taxes. The conference rate is available (as space permits) three days before and three days after the official dates of the conference, June 16 - 19, 2010.

Reservations:
Reservations must be made by May 14, 2010; afterward the discounted room rate may not apply. To reserve a room, call toll free in North America, +1-888-575-8934, international attendees dial +1-415-896-1600 and ask to be connected to reservations. Mention you are with ISSCR to receive the discounted rate. All reservations require a first night deposit or a guarantee with a major credit card. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival. Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 48 hours (2 days) prior to the day of your arrival.

Roommate Service
For assistance in finding a roommate, contact Christine Meehan at ISSCR headquarters at cmeehan@isscr.org. We will put you in contact with another registrant looking for a roommate. It is your responsibility to contact the roommate you are paired with and make your reservation with the hotel directly. When e-mailing Christine, be sure to include your gender, city and country you reside in and smoking preference so we can try to find suitable matches.
Air Travel
Airline reservations may be made through FCm Travel Solutions, the preferred agency for ISSCR meetings. When you call, ask for the group department and identify yourself as an ISSCR conference attendee. FCm Travel Solutions charges a processing fee on transactions. Invitation Letters
Invitation letters will be available only to individuals who have registered for and paid to attend the conference. At the end of the online meeting registration process you will have the opportunity to request and receive the invitation letter immediately. You will also have the opportunity to go back through your e-mailed confirmation to fill out and receive the invitation letter.
