New Elevator Advertising Opportunity at the Marriott Marquis

ISSCR is pleased to announce a new and unique advertising opportunity with a company called Televator Corporation.

Televator delivers your message to a truly captive audience. From the time the elevator doors close until your target reaches his or her floor at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, your ad is what they watch – no on off switch, no channel surfing, no alternatives.

Televator has installed 15” high-resolution, flat panel media screens in all 16 elevators at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting Headquarters Hotel, adjacent to Moscone West. Three regions of the display are dedicated to advertising—a great way for your company to introduce new products, attract new customers, drive traffic to your booth and extend your companies presence beyond the show floor. These screens will provide meeting attendees with updates on news, sports, business, health, entertainment, as well as annual meeting information in several “regions” of the flat panel display. You can use full motion video, animation, or still imagery to increase booth traffic, directly reinforce your company or product message, or encourage attendance at your commercial tutorial.

Registration Bag Inserts – $2,500 USD per piece

Put your message in the hands of every attendee–make an announcement or promote your organization. Your piece will be inserted into the bag distributed to every attendee at registration. We are limited to the number of inserts we can accept so take advantage of this opportunity now. The ISSCR reserves the right to review and approve all materials to be included in the registration bag. You will be responsible for supplying and sending materials to San Francisco including any and all shipping, handling and customs costs. Please note that because all materials must be sent to a warehouse (details provided closer to the meeting), additional handling charges will apply.

Note: Materials cannot exceed 9” x 12” in size or 12 pages in length.

Take One Table or Publication Depot – $1,000 USD per Publication or Item

Unable to attend the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting in person? Your organization and/or publication can still be represented. A Take One Table and a Publication Depot will be available at the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting to make printed materials, journals, periodicals, CDs or DVDs accessible to the stem cell community. Both will be placed in a centrally located area and will be accessible throughout the meeting. Materials will be refreshed daily or as needed. The ISSCR reserves the right to accept or reject any materials. You will be responsible for supplying and sending materials to San Francisco including any and all shipping, handling and customs costs. Please note that because all materials must be sent to a warehouse (details provided closer to the meeting), additional handling charges will apply.
