ISSCR Sample Material Transfer Agreement

The following sample material transfer agreement is provided to aid researchers in making human stem cell research materials readily accessible to others in the biomedical research community. It was adapted and modified from the uniform biological material transfer agreement published in the Federal Register, February 18, 1995.
